WELCOME TABBATHA LANCASTER!
My family and I reside in Long Grove, Iowa, a small town located outside of the Quad Cities. We have one daughter and 3 quirky French bulldogs who keep us busy. I love to garden, hike, lift weights, and all things health and wellness. After owning my own massage therapy practice for 5 years, I furthered my education and obtained my physical therapy assistant degree. Combined, I have over 10 years of manual therapy experience and I look forward to joining the team at Restore and Renew!
Tabbatha will be working Tuesdays and Thursdays and we can’t wait to have her a part of our team!
