Acne is the most common skin condition in the United States, affecting up to 50 million Americans annually. While there are many treatments for acne, some more abrasive than others, one less invasive option is visiting an infrared sauna.

Infrared saunas are often used as a complementary treatment for acne, but can also help alleviate symptoms for other skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema. The radiant heat from the infrared light increases blood flow, which in turn helps to decrease inflammation, potentially reducing pain and any discomfort associated with these conditions.

If you suffer with any of these things, try our infrared saunas! Our saunas are open Monday through Thursday from 9am-6pm, and Fridays from 9am-3pm. Call us to schedule today, at 563-583-0596.
