We have ushered in the month of February with some beautiful weather, haven’t we? Be sure to get outside and take advantage of those delicious, sunny, Vitamin D rays!

Speaking of specials, we have two, brand new juices in our juice bar that we’re dying for you to try!

Pineapple Sunrise made its debut last month and based on your feedback, we believe it’s here to stay.  Pineapple Sunrise is made from pineapple, carrot and lime, and is a welcome new addition to our cold-pressed juice bar lineup. This juice is bursting with Vitamin C and is rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Potassium and B-9 Folate. It also helps to aid in digestion and reduce swelling and inflammation, particularly in your joints!

We also have added Cherry Limeade to our rotation this month and IT IS DELICIOUS! It’s made up of sweet and tart cherries, lime, green apple and pineapple, and it is the PERFECT addition to your daily regimen. Barre Classes with Jeana Hillary

In other news, we are still offering Barre classes weekly in our building with Jeana Hillary. Classes are Mondays and Fridays from 9:00-9:45 a.m., Wednesdays from 12:00-12:30 p.m., and Thursday evenings from 6:00-6:45 p.m. This is a quick, effective workout for all ages and stages in life.
