After not getting relief at a traditional physical therapy clinic, I thought I'd give counterstrain PT a try. Unfortunately after six sessions I wasn't getting any relief and stopped treatment. I wanted it to work but it didn't for me. I ended up getting an MRI and back injection for a pinched nerve in back. That was the only thing that helped me heal. I liked the PT's at the clinic but couldn't continue to waste money & time with no relief.

I came to Restore and Renew after having had two double lung transplants over the last 7 years. Recovery is extremely difficult and painful. I am only the second person the Mayo Clinic has ever done a second lung transplant on. The surgeries left my upper body stiff and extremely sore. My physicians told me the areas around the incisions will always have the pain and soreness from damage to the nerves from the procedures. I had immediate relief after the first session from pain that I thought I would have for the rest of my life. It was absolutely incredible. I have had physical therapy and pulmonary rehab a thousand times in the past so my expectations were muted. It was a complete eye opener and changed my outlook completely on the power of effective therapy.

Lindsey and Tabitha are amazing! Very thorough, knowledgeable and educational on what they are doing. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to see them for a consultation on any kinds of issues they are having from physical, mental, emotional, definitely something everyone can benefit from! I wish I had known about these treatments 15 years ago, I would have done them from the beginning. I feel like they help me personally with pain, inflammation, relaxation, sleep and so much more that probably can't even explain, but I love feeling cleansed and the detoxification that comes along with it.

I went on the advice of a friend, and have not been disappointed! I had numbness in my arm for several year and within the first four visits it had completely disappeared and has stayed away.

With such a great outcome I have continted to get other issues such as lower back, tennis elbow and digestive concerns address with amazing results!

I believe so strongly on the positive affects of this type of PT that both my parents are now patience.

I have been dealing with IT band pain for two years. After seeing multiple physical therapists and doctors, nothing was working. I came in and saw both Lindsay and Brooke, and after only a handful of sessions, my pain has been drastically reduced. For the first time in two years, I can squat without pain!! Very strongly recommend!!
